Gravity Well Meditation

Begin to relax and focus on your breathing. Breathe in deep for seven seconds, hold for seven seconds, exhale for seven seconds, hold for seven seconds, then repeat seven times. After completing this breathe as you normally would in a relaxed state.

Visualize pure white energy coursing through the top of your crown chakra through your core and exiting your root chakra. The speed at which it flows in the beginning is determined by what you visualize. Now imagine another flow of pure white energy coursing up through your root chakra through your core and exiting you crown chakra.

Now begin to establish your gravity well of intention. Visualize being at the center of a gravity well (singularity, black hole) who's influence expands to encompass your immediate location. Once you are able to visualize both the gravity and energy flow then begin to increase the speed at which the energy is flowing. Visualize the influence of your gravity well expanding in proportion to the energy flow until the influence encompasses your region, country, and world.

Visualize what you want to bring into this world. What art, service or product do you want to bring into this world? What miracles do you want to experience in your health, business, relationships, and spirituality? What knowledge do you want to obtain? Visualize your success with images and emotion.

This visualization gets easier with practice. If practiced daily, it will reprogram your subconscious towards optimism, success, and growth. Instead of putting your energy out into the Universe you are instead channeling it within you. "Like attracts like." It is like anything in life, practice makes progress.

Variations of this meditation: Iris - Expand the channel like the iris of an eye. Letting more energy in with the expansion.
Sun - Instead of a gravity well imagine a massive star. Focus on the gravity attraction and the outward fusion creating light in all directions. The light being your love that you are sending out to the Universe.
