30-Day Motivation Challenge - Day 1


How do you change your own life? What is required? The answer can be incredibly simple yet difficult to implement. I want you to picture yourself five years from now. Having achieved all of your goals and conquered all of your challenges along the way. What is that person like? Do you even recognize him or her? What habits will you have to create in order to become that person? What habits will you have to put to death in order to become that person? It all comes down to the habits you keep, discipline, and how you manage your time. Which boils down to mental mastery. Once the mind is mastered then you can create the best version of your body. This shift in understanding of how you believed weight loss worked versus how it actually works. The principle learned here is this: whatever you pour yourself into will flourish. The same principle is true for success in business, the arts, spirituality, and relationships.

If there was a message from Heaven itself, it would be this.

 "Stop asking for strength, you have already been given all the strength you need to become the strength you desire. It is your soul's duty to become unimaginably successful. As you are my child, you will be able to bring more light, love, happiness, and...responsibility into this world. You will be able to care for those who need to be cared for. You will be loving because you will be doing the work that you love. The temple, that is your body, that you have been given will be the strongest version it can be. Allowing you to have the energy to do all the work that needs doing. Now, Go and Do!"

This message doesn't need to be blasted through the clouds for you to understand its importance. This is simply what you would wish on any of your loved ones.

Now for the challenge!

What is the 30-Day Motivation Challenge? To commit to finding something that motivates you every day. One option is to watch motivational videos. The format consists of a motivational speaker or speakers accompanied by motivational scenes and music. This video below is the Day-1 challenge - watch it and comment below with your thoughts.
